Delicious cookies, phenomenal staff! Highly recommend. Cash only, come prepared. Noticed an ATM at restaurant next door if needed.

Best bakery around with excellent coffee as well, friendly staff and a large selection of baked goods. Maple Mudpie , Cinabun , Holy Cow and coconut cream are just a few of the assorted coffee flavors I like if you want a change from regular coffee.

Everything is very good and made fresh daily. Sour dough pretzels are my favorite! The cannoli donuts are also very good.

The bakery was okay, nothing to really talk about in my opinion. Very friendly people.

The crew at sweet surrender came through on a difficult cake for a 50th anniversary, it was amazingly good, and looked terrific to boot! It was ready and waiting on the pickup day, can't thank them enough for really making the day shine. It was worth the 40 min drive there, no doubt!

Great find! Many delicious sweet treats to pick from. Wonderful coffee too! The inside is so charming, love the woodwork. You can eat either on the first floor or second floor. Very inviting and warm atmosphere. It's a small place which I like and the person working there was very nice.

Stopped in for tea. Very quaint. I think VT’s 2nd motto is “cash only, no credit”.

I can't say enough great things about Bonnie and how perfect our wedding cake was for our Labor Day weekend wedding. I was one of those vague, indecisive brides, and with the little direction I gave her, she was able to deliver an absolutely gorgeous and delicious wedding cake with flowers that matched the rest of our decor. We had a couple of different flavors, so our guests were able to satisfy their chocolate truffle cravings or raspberry fix. During our tasting, I asked if she could prepare a banana cream pie for my mom's birthday--her favorite. It was out-of-this-world good and came at a good price. Thank you, Bonnie!

Cozy little spot with great baked goods. Perfect for breakfast before skiing. Prices were really reasonable as well. Will definitely be back

Oh my goodness, these doughnuts are SO SO SO good. Buy them early, because they sell out. Please make more, Sweet Surrender!! Prices are great. Absolutely love this place.
